If for some reason your order did not arrive or arrived damaged, we will issue an immediate refund or send another package at your request.
We will ask you to first allow 21 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after those 21 business days, you have not received the package, please send us an email with your ticket number and we will take care of your request immediately.
